By accessing HECMCoach.com, downloading any free or paid resources, or purchasing any products from this site, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or purchase any products.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of HECMCoach.com, which is operated by TAWC Enterprises LLC, doing business as The HECM Coach. Todd R. Christensen serves as the founder and principal of TAWC Enterprises LLC.
2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
The HECM Coach offers digital downloads including free guides, checklists, reference cards, and paid books in PDF format. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. DIGITAL DOWNLOAD POLICY
All products sold on HECMCoach.com are digital downloads delivered in PDF format. Upon completing a purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. Download links expire 72 hours after purchase and are limited to three downloads per purchase. If you experience difficulty accessing your download, please contact us at Todd@HECMCoach.com within 72 hours of your purchase and we will assist you.
Free downloads may require you to provide your name and email address before accessing the file. By providing your email address, you agree to receive occasional educational emails from The HECM Coach. You may unsubscribe at any time.
4. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads or PDF books once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at Todd@HECMCoach.com within 72 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.

All content on HECMCoach.com, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, downloadable guides, checklists, reference cards, books, graphics, and website design, is the intellectual property of TAWC Enterprises LLC d/b/a The HECM Coach unless otherwise noted. All rights are reserved.
You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission from TAWC Enterprises LLC. Personal and professional use of purchased materials is permitted. Bulk reproduction or resale of any materials is not permitted without a written licensing agreement.
